Prior to Pipelines, Shari worked as the Program Administrator for the first ever Commercial Directors Diversity Program (CDDP); endorsed by both the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) and the Directors Guild of America (DGA). Here, she created an immersive program with the objective of providing more access and opportunities to underrepresented directors.
