About the Foundation

The Pipelines Foundation is a registered 501c3 and is the non-profit leg of our platform. The Foundation’s goal is to prepare our demographic (ages 14 and up) to be successful in their career pursuits in creative, tech, and entertainment.

Through a customizable program structure, we create programs, training opportunities, and events that focus on everything from resume building, career preparation, interviewing, portfolios and reels, panels, interactive workshops, guest speaker opportunities, and everything in between.

Our objective is to be sure young adults are equipped with the right tools and resources to be successful in their desired industry and to feel confident in these pursuits as well. We achieve this through a number of events, programs, and training that are fostered through our academic and industry partnerships.

We have hosted various roundtable discussions in the Los Angeles Unified School District, with our Community College partners, and several training organizations as well. We have brought guest speakers and panels to classrooms as well as hosted interactive interview and resume workshops that focus on the fundamentals of job search, networking, and career prep.

One of the Foundation’s biggest official partners is with CommunityWorks helping to co-produce the national ‘Creativity Matters’ Summit.

This movement is national series of Youth Creativity Summits utilizing the lens of creativity as a tool for problem-solving and future planning – forums for young people to explore the role of creativity in forging their futures and accomplishing their goals.
